IN-CAMERA WORKSHOP | NEW YORK CITY

I attended Zach and Jody‘s #IN-CAMERA Workshop after hearing about them on creativelive. I was watching one of their online classes about how to get things right in the camera the first time and not fuss about it afterwards. This is something that I was interested in because my post-wedding workflow has kept me in front of the computer for so long that my wife thought I was cheating on her with my iMac!

So “this has to change” as I told myself.

All these years I have been doing somethng one way and have not looked into other productive ways of organizing and effectively streamling my post wedding workflow. After a few back-to-back weddings in one week I was already burnt out.

So when they announced their workshop was stopping by NYC, I waited for the chance to sign up! I think I was the very first person on the list! (I checked each time afterwards to see who had signed up from their availability list)

So the overall feel of the workshops was very personal. You’re not left out of anything and if you have problems, Zach and/or Jody will be there to help troubleshoot. Since I was a seasoned wedding photographer, I helped out others as well plus I learned a lot of things that I can add to myoff camera lighting techniques and post wedding workflow. If you have a chance, sign up for their newsletter to get more tips & tricks! http://photographers.zachandjody.com/

Also big props to Rose and Kristen for being patient and sticking with us for those two days!
